  Beautiful views overlooking Trinity beach. The apartment was incredibly spacious with 3 fully air-conditioned rooms. The apartment shows its age in a few places, however they're well looked after. Our room was quite dirty however, the floor was covered in dirt (to the point I had to wear socks whenever inside), the couches were smelly and dusty, and TV remotes, placemats etc. were greasy from leftover food.
  I would reccomend, however beware of a potentially very dirty apartment.

  Not 100% but pretty close to it. Amazing views from the balcony. Spacious living area and an almost complete experience. Would not hesitate in recommending as our stay here has been exceptional. Fair price and food available nearby.

  Apartment very nice, but sadly lacking in a number of items . For 1 - if I had not told them what time we would be arriving which was late we would not have been able to get in so we had to get our key from a locked box.there was no information pack or anything on the table telling us phone nos. information etc in case of emergency which we have found everywhere else on our travels. For 3 people we were given 1 towel each no facewashers and when queried were told to use washing machine which was rusty and absolutely disgusting and no soap powder/ no pot or bbq scrubbers. No rubbish bags/ .No soap holders or shelf and quite a no. of other items. Most of all, the the Man we tried to speak to (office was still supposed to be open at 4.15pm) we needed some information. Both of us are older Ladies. He stood at the door with his arms crossed leaving us in the heat and could not answer our query even though the trip was booked through their office with the lady. If he was the Manager which we found out later- was the case, we think this is a very bad reflection on the whole apartments especially as they are trying to get clients to come back to Qld. On the whole not impressed so would not recommend because of Management.

  The building exterior needs serious cleaning. It looks very off-putting when you first drive up to the property. Depressing actually.
  
  On first glance Unit 3 looks like a beautiful modern holiday apartment. On closer inspection the blinds are dirty,, the screen doors are dirty, the lounges are dusty and stained, the bed smells unpleaseant, and the floors are sticky. The washing machine lid is so full of rust I can't use it, which is a real hassle.
  
  There is also a bizarre towel policy. Strictly one small white towel, per person, per week. The staff reluctantly allowed me to swap our two towels for fresh ones today, but only after I strongly insisted with the manager. How awkward! Guests are expected to reuse one small towel several times a day all week for pool use and showers. Gross.
  
  I am aware 'Trinity Waters' is not luxury accommodation, despite making that claim on the main page of their website. I still expected it to be clean and well maintained though. Cleanliness is not a luxury.
  
  To be honest, my husband and I are really disappointed overall. This holiday was for our 10th wedding anniversary and we hoped it would be a bit special. We've been looking forward to it all year. Now we are just looking forward to Saturday when we can fly home.
  
  On the upside, the views are beautiful.
